Delivery 

UAE Deliveries: Free delivery for orders above AED 500. A flat rate of AED 25 applies for orders below this amount. 

International Deliveries: For Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia  

A flat shipping fee of AED 50 will be applied, regardless of the order value. 

An additional charge of 5% of the total order value will be applied as customs duties and VAT. 

Return 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return due to change of mind and not product defects, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order receipt from your email or from our website. 

For returns due to change of mind and not product defects, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
