Delivery Locations 

We deliver to the following locations: 

  • United Arab Emirates: All emirates within the UAE. 
  • International Delivery: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia 

Delivery Times 

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within [1-2 business days].

  • Within UAE: [1-3 business days]. 
  • International: [5-10 business days], depending on the destination and shipping method selected. 

Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, public holidays, or other factors outside our control. 

 

Shipping Costs 

  • UAE Deliveries: Free delivery for orders above AED 500. A flat rate of AED 25 applies for orders below this amount. 
  • International Deliveries: For Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia  

A flat shipping fee of AED 50 will be applied, regardless of the order value. 

An additional charge of 5% of the total order value will be applied as customs duties and VAT. 

 

Order Tracking 

Once your order has been shipped, you can check tracking information through order status. Use this order status to monitor your order’s status and estimated delivery date. If your order status is not updated with tracking details within 2 business days, please contact us. 

 

Delivery Issues 

If you experience any issues with delivery, such as: 

  • Missed Deliveries: The courier will attempt redelivery or leave a contact card with instructions. 
  • Damaged Items: Please report damages to our customer support team within [48 hours] of receiving your order. 
  • Lost Packages: If your package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us for assistance.

Restrictions 

  • Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. boxes.
