A flat shipping fee of AED 50 will be applied, regardless of the order value.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return due to change of mind and not product defects, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order receipt from your email or from our website.
For returns due to change of mind and not product defects, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
